Terms and Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all products purchased from this web site. This document should be read before you
place your order.
1. Accepting your order. Payment must be received in full before we will accept and process your order. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse any order. We will notify acceptance of your order by e-mail, the acceptance of the order on our part is the binding contract created between us.
2. Availability and Delivery. If we are unable to supply the products ordered by you , we will inform you of an alternative product or a realistic delivery date. We will endeavour to deliver your goods (to a UK address) within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery will take place at the address supplied to you when your order was placed. Upon delivery you will become the owner and we will not be liable for any loss or subsequent damage.
3. Pricing Policy. Although we ensure all are prices are correct , errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a mistake we will contact you to arrange a refund of the difference in the cost.
4. Your right to cancel. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with any goods purchased from our site including faulty goods we will refund you the cost of the product. If goods are faulty then we will send you a freepost label to return the item and also refund your original postage cost. If you are returning perfect goods because of a change of heart then you will be responsible for the cost of their return, they must also be in their original condition (ie unused and in their original packaging.) You the consumer can
cancel your order from the date of the contract and up to 14 days starting from the day after the goods are received. We promise
to refund your money within 14 days of cancellation. This does not effect consumers' statutory rights
5. Privacy Policy. We promise that information submitted by you that is collected through the ordering/registration process or any
e-mail enquiries will be used exclusively by our company for the purposes of our own records and will not be collected or retained
by a third party. We retain your name, address, e-mail address and order details. We will never pass on your details to any other
company.
6. Complaints. Should you wish to make a complaint you can contact our customer services department online by completing

We will acknowledge your complaint immediately and advise how long we anticipate to resolve it.If we deliver any damaged or
incorrect products you should contact us within 7 days of delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the agreed delivery period,
you should notify us within 21 days of placing your order. We are governed by UK law.
7. Secure Payment. We only use  secure payments for our online payments this ensures you have maximum security,
limits the information you enter online and gives a swift checkout process.
8. Acceptable use. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the
availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.You must not use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.
