Safety:
Allow to cool to room temperature before reheating
Do NOT overheat or exceed recommended heating times - this can lead to burns
Always remove cover before heating and ensure item is flat and not folded
Always ensure the microwave turntable is fully rotating as this allows even heat distribution
To re-hydrate the wheat, after every 5 uses place a small cup of water in the microwave along with the wheat bag
Whilst heating do not leave unattended or allow an unsupervised child to heat the product
Standard Delivery to the UK is FREE OF CHARGE.
Generally orders are despatched within 24 hours by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery and should arrive in 2- 5 days. HOWEVER, due to the ongoing situation with coronavirus restrictions some deliveries are taking longer than usual.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email/text when we despatch your goods and will give you an online delivery or attempted delivery confirmation only.
Should you order several items we may send your order via a signed for next day service.
Express Delivery
For an express next day delivery to the UK mainland the charge = £6.99 and orders placed by 1pm will arrive the next working day (excluding weekends) DUE to the current Coronavirus restrictions this service is no longer guaranteed and may take a further day or two
Note: Orders placed late on Friday may not arrive until Tuesday.
The Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands may take a further day for delivery and additional charges may apply.
